Sheikha Susie Hobeiche, TMCA Distinguished Credentialed Mediator

Ms. Hobeiche has attained the highest level of mediator credentialing in the State of Texas.
As a Distinguished Credentialed Mediator, credentialed by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association
and professional negotiator, Ms. Hobeiche manages one of the finest mediation boutiques in the Dallas Fort Worth
area. Her leadership and perfessional mediation skills have been developed during her more than 25
years of experience mediating various disagreements. Complimenting that experience is her more than 700
hours of formal mediation training. at some of the premier institutions for conflict resolution: Southern
Methodist University, Harvard School of Law, and Texas Women's University to
name a few. She received her Bachelor's of Liberal Art's Degree in Foreign Languages from the University
of Texas at El Pasoin 1976. Ms. Hobeiche completed the SMU Graduate Dispute Resolution Program
in 2001 and is certified to teach in both Texas and Kansas.
As a court-appointed mediator Ms. Hobeiche has mediated
hundreds of lawsuits to successful resolution. Prior to starting Hobeiche Mediation Group, Ms.
Hobeiche served as a jury consultant and was President and CEO of Staturefield Corporation. She has over 20 years
of experience as a business owner and world-traveler.
Ms. Hobeiche is an avid volunteer in the DFW community and
in various professional organizations. As President of the Dallas Chapter for the Association
of Conflict Resolutionfrom 2001 to 2006, Ms. Hobeiche founded the Dallas County Judicial Panel
(now in its 8th year) and the Dallas County Court - Children's Mock Trial She is a creative
and innovative leader, and brings that creativity and leadership to her mediations. She has served on the
National Planning Committee and Leadership Counsel for the Association for Conflict Resolution
national organization. She served multiple terms as President for the International Women's Club of Dallas,
and was a member of its President's Council.
Having studied and taught various
foreign languages, traveled the world, and lived in Europe, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and the Netherlands, Ms. Hobeiche
is a mediator that is particularly sensitive to cultural barriers to communication. Her ability to identify these
cultural issues during the mediation process, and to work within the cultural expectations has allowed her to facilitate
settlements that would otherwise not have occurred.
Contributing to her community is an important aspect of Ms.
Hobeiche's work ethic. She is a volunteer for the Dispute Mediation Services of Dallas County and
a mentor for its ABC's Circle of Life program, having instituted its Annual Children's Mock Trial
held at the Dallas County Courts. She has served as a Group Leader for the Southern
Methodist University Women's Forum and is past two-term President of the Dallas International Women's
Club and is a member its President's Counsel. Ms. Hobeiche was personally recognized
by Oprah Winfrey for her voluntary efforts to the Save the Children program during An Afternoon with
Oprah Winfreyin Dallas. Ms. Hobeiche is also a volunteer for the Red Cross. She has
served as a judge for the ABA National Client Counseling Competition, and has been a Group Leader for the
Southern Methodist University Women's Forum.
Ms. Hobeiche is an Honorary Citizen
of Little Rock, AR, and the recipient of special recognition from the City of Dallas. She is listed
in the 13th edition of "The World's Who's Who in Women." She
is a three-time nominee for the Lewis Webber Mediator of the Year Award. She is a contributing writer
to Harvard colleague Jose Vasconcelos' book "What is Mediation" published in Portugal in 2002.
Her current writing efforts are directed toward the publication of a manual of the "Ins and Outs of Mediation,"intended
to assist mediators in breaking into, and surviving, the business of mediation. Ms. Hobeiche's commitment to mediation
was summed up by the ACR Dallas membership, when they honored her and acknowledged her "outstanding service, your
selfless dedication, your visionary leadership, and your relentless pursuit of opportunities for the betterment of all mediators."

Janet R. Randle, Esq. TMCA Advanced Credentialed

Ms. Randle is a practicing
attorney who began mediating for HOBEICHE MEDIATION GROUP in 2001. She brings 17 years of trial experience to HOBEICHE
MEDIATION GROUP. She is licensed to practice in all state courts in Texas and California and the following U.S. Federal
Courts: U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; the Northern District of Texas, The Northern
District of Illinois the he Northern, Central and Southern District Courts of California; the United States Tax Court.
Ms. Randle has been mediating court appointed mediations since 2000. She obtained her mediation training in
dispute from a variety of institutions including Harvard University School of Law and Southern Methodist University.
Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Randle was an economic adviser on Military Construction matters for the Assistant Chief
of Engineers and the U.S. Army Staff in the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Before opening her own firm in Dallas,
she was an associate at Sedgwick, Detert, Moran and Arnold in San Francisco, where she represented both homeowners and developers
in complex construction defect cases involving custom homes and multi-unit condominiums. She brings to HMG a wealth
of experience in facilitating conflict. Many past participants have commented on the usefulness of Ms. Randle's
expected-value analyses during the mediation process.
Ms. Randle supplements her formal mediation training
with the personal study of Dr. Edward de Bono's theories and publications involving the human brain as a self-organizing
information system. Ms. Randle is particularly interested in applying Dr. de Bono's theories in facilitating the
design of creative settlement solutions when the self-organizing function of the brain impedes communication and the
ability to perceive meaning beyond those patterns established by a persons prior experience.
Ms. Randle is a regular
"trial" adviser to student participants in the Annual Children's Mock Trial with the Dallas County Court Judges,
and she has moderated the ACR Dallas Chapter's Judge's Panel for the last six years.

Rose Sheppard, Former TMCA

Ms. Sheppard has been serving as a court-appointed mediator since 2001. Many may recognize her as former Rose
Wright, who worked for 20 years in Dallas broadcast journalism, public service and public relations. For much of her
broadcasting tenure, Rose hosted a weekly radio show designed to bring community issues and problems to the forefront of public
awareness. In that capacity Rose facilitated creative solutions by arranging for all sides of an issue to be represented
as she engaged them in in-depth discussions. In addition to mediating, Ms. Sheppard serves as a marketing consultant
for select businesses and non profit organizations. She is past Secretary and Publicist for the Association for Conflict
Resolution - Dallas Chapter.
Ms. Sheppard has attended over 400 post-graduate hours of formal conflict resolution
training. She earned her Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University in 2000.
Her conflict resolution education also includes training in crisis counseling, transformative mediation, family counseling
and step-family dynamics, workplace mediation and business disputes. Ms. Sheppard graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's
of Arts degree form the University of North Texas in 1978.
As a court-appointed mediator, Ms. Sheppard remains
attuned to the issues associated with resolving litigated matters in the DFW metroplex. She has successfully mediated
a variety of disputes including business and employment disputes, collections, insurance and personal injury case, and divorce
and family matters. Having studied and practiced public relations in a variety of organizations, Ms. Sheppard is particularly
sensitive to situations that can adversely affect a company's public image. Having spent years conducting "damage
control" for private entities, she understands the importance of designing "creative exits" for entities and
individuals entrenched in public polarized disputes.
As a native of Dallas, Texas, Ms. Sheppard has made it a point
to remain cognizant of the issues affecting individuals and companies in the DFW Metroplex. She participates annually
in Settlement Week for Dallas County Courts and volunteers her mediation services at Dispute
Mediation Service, Southern Methodist University
at Legacy in Plano and the Justice of the Peace Court in Richardson.
Ms. Sheppard also volunteers as a Crisis
Counselor at Contact Crisis and Counseling. She has served
in neighborhood focus groups assisting the Richardson Parks and Recreation Department
in developing a best use plan for neighborhood parks. She is a past Parent
Teacher Association member and volunteer for the Richardson
Independent School District since 1992. She has also worked as a Girl
Scout Troop Leader and Boy Scout Den Leader.

James "Jim" W. Nippert, TMCA

Mr. Nippert has been serving as a court-appointed mediator since
2004. Mr. Nippert has attended over 700 post-graduate hours of formal conflict resolution training. He obtained
his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Sciences, with Honors,
and a Masters of Science in Engineering, with Highest Honors, from the
Schoolof Aeronautics,
Astronautics and Engineering Science at Purdue University. Mr. Nippert completed the Southern Methodist University Graduate
Dispute Resolution Program in 2004 had has continued to take additional courses through various organizations,
including Corporate Mirror Consulting Skills Program, Appreciative Inquiry Workshop, Pathways
Series of Seminars; Landmark Forum Sequence and
Non-Violent Communications.
Prior to
developing a career in dispute resolution, Mr. Nippert spent twenty years managing Research and Development (R&D) departments
for various corporations in the high-tech industry. During this time he developed an extensive and varied background
in the research and development of telecommunication products and systems. He successfully assembled and managed teams
of professionals responsible for developing telecommunications systems for three of the leading network equipment providers
- AT&T Bell Laboratories, Fujitsu and Alcatel.
Mr. Nippert
has provided consulting services to major corporations including Alcatel, Cisco, Hughes, Lucent,
Marconi and Motorolaas well as "start up" technology corporations. His extensive experience in high-technology
corporations has contributed to Mr. Nippert's creative resolution techniques which have been successfully applied to resolve
various disagreements involving product development and technology transfer. Mediating disputes in the high-tech industry
is of great interest to Mr. Nippert.
As a court appointed mediator, Mr. Nippert has mediated a variety of litigation
matters, including personal injury arising from motor vehicle accidents, consumer litigation , landlord and tenant, and commercial
disputes between businesses including intellectual property and contract disputes.
Mr. Nippert also finds time
to volunteer his mediation services at Dispute Mediation Service
and Southern Methodist University at Legacy in Plano. He
is a partner in a private consulting practice, working with non-profit organizations, particularly those addressing affordable
housing, and has served as a tutor in the Community in Schools Program. Mr. Nippert is a volunteer
for KERA and an active member of his church where he is a sponsor for the teen group as well as a section leader in the chorus.
