Ms. Randle has been mediating court appointed mediations since 2000.  She obtained her mediation training in dispute from a variety of institutions including Harvard University School of Law and Southern Methodist University.  Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Randle was an economic adviser on Military Construction matters for the Assistant Chief of Engineers and the U.S. Army Staff in the Pentagon, Washington, D.C.   Before opening her own firm in Dallas, she was an associate at Sedgwick, Detert, Moran and Arnold in San Francisco, where she represented both homeowners and developers in complex construction defect cases involving custom homes and multi-unit condominiums.   She brings to HMG a wealth of experience in facilitating conflict.  Many past participants have commented on the usefulness of Ms. Randle's expected-value analyses during the mediation process.

Ms. Randle supplements her formal mediation training with the personal study of Dr. Edward de Bono's theories and publications involving the human brain as a self-organizing information system.  Ms. Randle is particularly interested in applying Dr. de Bono's theories in facilitating the design of creative settlement solutions when the  self-organizing function of the brain impedes communication and the ability to perceive meaning beyond those patterns established by a persons prior experience.

Ms. Randle is a regular "trial" adviser to student participants in the Annual Children's Mock Trial with the Dallas County Court Judges, and she has moderated the ACR Dallas Chapter's Judge's Panel for the last six years.
